Message an Artist (Where Messages Appear)
Use in-booking messages to avoid losing context.
Message from a Booking
Open the booking.
Click Message Artist.
Send your note (questions, arrival details, changes, etc.).
Where replies show up
You’ll see messages in your email inbox.
You’ll also see them in Hedlyner’s Message Center.
Any replies sent from your email thread will log in the Message Center.
Best practice: Keep all show-related communication inside the booking message thread.
