How to Confirm Artists on Bookings in Hedlyner

Confirm an Artist (Auto-confirm vs Manual)

Remove an extra step when inviting only one artist or you review choices when inviting multiple.

Auto-confirm

  • If Auto-confirm is ON, the artist is confirmed automatically when they accept. 

  • The booking moves to Advance, and the artist receives a confirmation email.

  • Warning
    This can only be turned on when a single artist is invited.

Manual confirmation

  1. Open the booking in Hold status.

  2. Review artist response cards.

  3. When an artist accepts, the status on the card will change to Accepted

  4. Click Confirm Artist on the artist you want.

  5. The booking moves to Advance and the artist receives the confirmation email.

IdeaBest practice: Use auto-confirm when you send offer to a single artist, and manual confirmation when you invite multiple artists and want to select the best fit.
