Manage a Booking in Hold Status

What you’ll see

  • Quick stats: invitations sent, pending responses, countdown to show, and current status (Hold on Date).

  • Booking Details box (editable): venue, start time, payout type/amount, title, date, duration.

Actions

  1. Edit Booking to adjust details.

  2. Invite More Artists (opens Contacts to add more invitees).

  3. View Offer Page (see exactly what artists see).

  4. Copy Link to share the offer (email/text/Slack/Teams). Use carefully, as anyone with the link can submit an offer.

Artist Cards

  1. Each invited artist shows: opened/viewed status, accepted/declined, email, invite date, and last status date.
  2. Send Reminder: If an invited artist has not accepted the offer, you may send them an automated reminder to review the details.
  3. If Auto-confirm is ON (single artist offers only): When artist accepts, offer is auto-confirmed and you’ll skip this screen (booking moves to Advance).
  4. If Auto-confirm is OFF:
    1. Click Confirm Artist on the accepted artist you choose.
    2. Booking moves to Advance.
