Troubleshooting: Artist Accepted but Booking Didn’t Update
Usually a manual confirmation step is still required.
What to check
Open the booking and verify whether Auto-confirm was OFF.
Look at the artist response cards and confirm the invitation shows Accepted.
How to fix it
If Auto-confirm is OFF, click Confirm Artist on the artist card.
Refresh the page or reopen the booking to confirm the status updates to Advance.
