Troubleshooting: Artist Didn’t Respond (Common Causes)
Quick fixes for the most common invite issues.
Common causes
The email address is incorrect.
The invite went to spam/promotions.
The artist hasn’t seen it yet.
The artist is unsure and needs details.
The emails are being blocked by Outlook/Office 365.
What to do
Double-check the artist’s email in My Contacts.
Send a Reminder from the invitation.
Message the artist with a quick note (“Let me know if you have questions”).
Request that they add notifications@hedlyner.com to their approved contact list.
In case of disinterest, invite additional artists or use a vetted List.
