Understanding Your Booking Views and Filters in Hedlyner

My Bookings — Views, Statuses, Filters & Search

  1. Views: Switch between Table and Calendar (coming soon).
  2. Search: Use keywords for Artist name, Contact name, Venue name, or Booking title.
  3. Status Filter: Hold, Book, Advance, Wrap Up, Completed, Cancelled.
  4. Offer Status Filter: All, No Offers Sent, Offer Sent, Offer Accepted, Offer Declined.
  5. Date Range: Narrow results to a specific time span.
  6. Export: Export a CSV file of your filtered results.
  7. Reset: Clears all filters from all fields.
  8. Column Sort:  By week day, date, venue name, artist name, start time, payout.
