How to Create a New Contact in Hedlyner

Create a Contact (Step-by-Step)

  1. Go to My Contacts → click Add Contact.

  2. Fill the Quick Contact form:

    • Required: First Name, Last Name, Email, Contact Type (Artist, Venue, Agent, Manager, Producer, Other).

    • Optional: Phone number.

  3. Click Create Contact.

  4. (Optional) Open the contact → Edit to add:

    • Artist/Performer Name (if different than contact name), Desired Payout range, Bio, Notes, and Vibe Keywords (genre, family-friendly, etc.).

    • Add additional acts to the same contact.


  5. Click Save Changes.

Tip: You can immediately add the new contact to an Offer after creation.
